I just want to thank everyone that helped me and taught me so many things throughout these past 4 years of high school. Everyone of you has made an impact in my life :)

Funmi S: I’ve known you since 6th grade and it’s safe to say you are my best friend. You are the backbone of our group and our mom. You have listened and helped me throughout these years. You are like my other half and that’s probably why we understand each other so well. & I’m so sorry for eating your orange chicken in 6th grade LOL.

Alina X: I still remember Mr. Summers accused us of cheating, but it didn’t matter because we both failed the test. Lol. You are definitely the easiest person to talk to. You give the best advice and I know I can come to you whenever I need help. High school wouldn’t be as exciting and interesting without you. I love you bestfriend! Oh yeah, remember that I’ll always be there to pick up your phone whenever you throw it :)

Suzette R: We’ve gotten so close. It’s ridiculous. You have changed alot and i’m happy to see you grow into such a wonderful person. Thanks for being such an amazing friend. You are always there for me and thank you for always listening to me. It has been such a fun senior year with you. And even though you’re a creep, I still think you’re pretty cool. Remember, good things come in small packages. Have fun at Berkeley with your fellow Mexicans!

Colleen V: You are the biggest knock ever but I still love you. Culinary Arts with you was so fun because that’s where we met our nephews. You are like the strongest person ever because you have to deal with annoying people at school and then you have to deal with your sister, so props to you! And thanks for being my trash bitch. I’m excited to go to college with you with our scooters.

Sloane Y: I’m sorry for stealing your phone, keys, and making you say what ‘head’ was out loud. HAHA. You are the most oblivious person ever and you have gotten so mean over the years too! But in the end, you are the funnest person to mess with and you NEVER fail to make me laugh. I just hope you don’t skip school everyday in Davis. #StayRachet

Trevor V: I don’t know why but you are always there for me. You know secrets that no one else knows. You are my best and closest guy friend and i’m happy we’re going to sac state together. I can just picture you calling me when i’m all the way across campus just so I can open your juice. Oh yeah, thanks for always buying my food whenever i’m sad. Lol.

Peter N: If I had to pick a favorite person at school, it would be you because you’re just so like-able and i’ve known you for 5 years now. It’s so easy to talk to you and trust you. You always make fun of me and your comebacks are so mean. That’s why I love you. I promise to make you lumpia for your birthday <3

Jasen M: You bully me at lunch and make noises when I eat a banana, but that is what makes our friendship special. You are my most down to earth friend. I’m so happy we gotten so close junior year. You are pretty damn hilarious and I honestly couldn’t survive school without you. 

Vivian L: You iz my baby/girlfriend. You were one of the main reasons why junior year was the best. We had so many memories in Pre-cal and over summer. You are so fun to talk to and you always know how to make me laugh. Good luck and have fun being a senior :)

Monica N: Even though we aren’t really in good terms, you sure as hell made a difference in my life. I always admired how you’re naturally smart at everything. Out of everyone I met, you for sure have the most potential and you will go places.

Tiffany X: We were bestfrends in 5th grade and now we’re graduating together. Damn, time flew. We have been through alot. I will cherish all those memories we had in AP Psych and those memories we had with Bryan, Trevor, and Funmi. Those were great times. Hope to see you around Sac State!

Justin P: You’re the new kid and i’ve known you the shortest, but i’m glad I met you. I remember we started bonding because we have the same favorite song. Despite everything that happened, I am happy we’re still cool. I enjoy our conversations and you’re honestly a humbled guy.

Jon B: I am jealous of you because you’re a genius. It’s true, I am obsessed with you. Thank you for putting up with me when i’m being annoying. You are probably the most hilarious drunk and you’re a great stripper. I will miss singing to you. Thanks for being such a great friend.

Chris S: You have always been there for me. You listened to all my rants and you’re like my spy because you tell me other people’s secrets (which can be both good and bad). Haha. Thanks for being my original book bitch and my original sweater bitch. 

Kent S: Becoming friends with you was actually pretty random. Having SAT prep with you was too fun because that’s when you became my “bestfriend” and we sang ‘Pictures of You’ together. I can never dislike you because you were there when everyone else bailed, so thank you for that.

Umz/ Omz/ Auz: You three are so damn annoying, but AP stats wouldn’t be as fun without you guys. You make mine, Colleen’s, and Suzette’s lives hell. Haha. But you guys are honestly so cool, funny, and super nice. I’ll miss you guys over summer because I know you won’t hang out with me. 

The rest of CHAD: I wouldn’t wish for another group of friends. You guys are amazing and I love you all (even though you guys can irritate me). I can’t wait for our 10 year reunion and I hope we all stay in contact <333

Brandon Her: You were the highlight of my high school journey. I remember the first time I met you, I thought you were the biggest creep because you remembered me being in your 3rd grade class. I know I irritate you, I spoil every movie for you, and you get mad at me like every week, and i’m sorry for that. I’m glad we will get to go to the same school again. All I know is that you make me happy and that I love you. Thanks for being an amazing boyfriend <3

Yes, nine more days until we graduate. Can I get a woop woop from the Class of 2013!! YEAHH. I have been an emotional wreck for the past two days. And I have figured out why. Yesterday at the senior goodbye rally, I began shedding tears. I began reminiscing all the great times I spent with all my friends. But, that wasn’t the only reason I was crying. The reason why this goodbye has meant so much is because they, my friends, watered me so that I could blossom into the person I really am. Over the years, I shed off the skin of the girl everyone knew. The quiet, shy, studious girl who did everything right to please the entire world but herself. Today, I am truly me. I do not give a single fuck what people think. I speak my mind. I am annoying at times. I laugh non-stop. Cheating is the smart way of getting through high school. Kudos to those who get away with it, y’all already know. I joke around with people. Yup, I’m a little bully haha. What this all really means is that I have stopped pleasing everybody else. This might be the end of my high school journey, but it is not the end of me. I will live on being myself. Being simply me and all thanks to the knocks I call my best friends :’)

He was smart, he was a writer (you could tell by his phrasing) and this is something he TRULY cares about. That boy has a heart and he cares. He sees the truth for what it is and he refuses to sit idly and watch as the youth of america just stumbles by.
